What is massage?

Massage is one of the oldest methods of natural pain relief and body restoration. We now see massage being used as a complimentary aid in modern medicine, massage practitioners network with doctors, chiropractors, physiotherapists, podiatrists, psychologists and other professionals. Massage is a way of aiding the body and mind to relax and rejuvenate. To achieve this, the massage practitioner works with the muscles and soft tissues of a client to release tensions and relieve stress and improve blood flow.
